Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP)

Lakeland offers two Great Start Readiness Programs(GSRP) classrooms as a state-funded preschool program that provides quality programming for 4-year-olds. Mill Creek offers a GSRP Preschool through NMCAA and a split 3/4 year old classroom with tuition-based and GSRP spots. In order to prepare your child for kindergarten we focus on all aspects of child development. In addition to learning social/emotional skills through play and daily interactions, we also incorporate math, literacy, language, science, and social studies aspects throughout our day. We recognize parents as the child’s first teacher, and work with families in order to ensure each child has a positive learning experience!

1. Must be 4 years old by December 1st
2. FREE full time programming
3. Required 4 and 5 DAY programming
4. Follows school calendar 2026-2027 (please note: NMCAA program ends in May)
5. Outdoor play
6. Play-based learning
7. Breakfast and lunch included
8. High quality teaching staff
