Kids' Club

Kids' Club is a before-school ONLY program for the 2026-27 school year, designed to provide a nurturing and enriching experience for all students in Lakeland Elementary and Mill Creek Academy, from preschool through 5th grade. This program is sponsored by Elk Rapids Schools and is licensed by the State of Michigan's Child Care Licensing Agency. All children in Kids' Club must be registered.

The philosophy of Kids' Club is to provide an atmosphere that is conducive to meeting the physical, social/emotional, and cognitive needs of the children it serves. The program will exist in an open, relaxed setting that includes an underlying structure with flexibility in order to meet the needs of each child.

Flexible schedules are offered for Kids' Club, please inquire with the Program Director. 

Please note that space is limited and based on a first come first serve basis, with full time schedule requests being filled first.

Tuition, Hours & Calendar

Morning Session: 7:00am - 8:30am

The Kids' Club program follows the yearly school district calendar and is available on the first day of the school year.

Kids' Club programs will not be available on snow days or scheduled school days off. You will not be charged for closed sessions. A credit will show on your following week's invoice. 

Daily Fee

Tuition rates for 2026-2027 are as follows:

• $10.00 per child (no sibling discount). AM ONLY. There is NO PM Kids Club. 
• $50.00 registration fee.
• Tuition Payments are to be made weekly or a minimum of two times each month (every other week).

Items 1-3 should be submitted AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (one set per child). Please complete all 3 Online Forms for Enrollment as soon as possible.  Some forms require a handwritten signature. We will get your signature on your child’s first day of attendance.

3. Written Information Packet Document and Food Agreement (one per family) Parents will need a handwritten signature on this form in person and the printed original will be available for Parent signature at school.
