Are you interested in robotics?  In order to officially sign up, teams of 3-4 people can let Mr. TeBos know who their team members are and who their coach will be. Team registration is due by December 12th. Our season will start after winter break. (12)

The 8th grade boys’ basketball team beat East Jordan last night 57-8. Leading scorers were Miles Prabhaker(12), Kelen Croftchik(12), and Ethan Draper(11). The Elks record is now 6-2. They play next at Boyne City Wednesday.

The 7th Grade Elks returned from break with a 41-11 win over East Jordan improving to 6-2 on the year. Matthew Barton and Dazer Pitawanakwat led the team in scoring with 12 points apiece. Quinn Standfest added 6 on a pair of 3 pointers and Harlan Prabhaker helped the Elks get off to a quick start with 4 first quarter points.

We'd like to recognize our two CMS MYIG debate teams for their outstanding performance in Lansing. A special congratulations to Isabella Kaiser and Brooklyn Jennings for taking 1st place in the debate program. The debate topic this year was “Should AI be used in schools.”
