Students:  This week’s Positivity Project is Teamwork.  In other words:  Here are some synonyms you may recognize for the character strength of Teamwork:  loyal, dedicated, collaborative, reliable, cooperative, inclusive.

NJHS essay, 2 recommendations, and 10 community service hours are due this Friday, September 29th to Mrs. Theisen. Selected members will be announced on Monday, October 2nd during announcements.  (29)

The middle school football team beat rival Kalkaska last night 20-8.  This takes their record to 3-0 on the season. Offensively the Elks were led by Ollie Trammel, Gatlin Zawora, Collin McCormick and Dazer Pitawankwat.  The Elks were led defensively by Wyatt Schaub, Kelen Croftchik and Brodyh Turner.   The Elks will host Cheboygan next week at home at 5 pm.
